The aluminum investment casting method is used for the other smaller methods.
In many situations, it can produce complicated shapes that are very difficult to produce and the ones which are not possible in the die casting. But it only requires surface finishing and minor finishing too. The casts can be made of the wax model, but in those cases, there is no direct method for it, indirect method needs to be followed in many cases.

- THE INJECTION PROCESS: The casting method usually starts with the production of a wax pattern which is actually made by injecting wax into a metal die. In many cases, companies do offer generic medical products which is used for the tooling.
- THE ASSEMBLY PROCESS: After the number of wax has been produced, the next step is to actually know the amount of pattern which is running through the system. The running system is made up of reservoirs and passageways. They don’t actually help in guiding of the molten metal, but also in providing of the additional metal for compensation of the contraction

- FINISHING: Once, each and every process is carried out, and then there is a casting process which actually deals with the heat treating, straightening and inspection.
